Our Process

Schedule Your Call
We begin with a brief conversation to answer your questions, walk you through the process, and help you choose the film that best fits your story.

Prepare & Plan
Once booked, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and begin the process. We’ll then send your interview questions so you can reflect and choose what you’d like to share. We’ll also discuss any meaningful elements you may wish to include in your film during your consultation.

Filming Day
We’ll host you in our comfortable, thoughtfully designed studio space for a relaxed and natural filming experience. Everything is set up for you so nothing feels overwhelming - your only role is to share your stories as we gently guide the conversation.
For families who prefer it, in-home filming may be arranged for an additional fee.

Editing & Keepsake Delivery
After filming, we carefully edit your film, enhancing audio and color while adding any necessary photos discussed during planning. Your final film is delivered online, along with a custom engraved wooden box holding your keepsake flash drive - created for your family to treasure for years to come.
The remaining 50% balance is due upon delivery of your finalized film.
