For families who prefer to remain in their home, in-home filming is available for an additional fee.

• A beautiful wooden flash drive presented in a custom engraved keepsake box

While we are based in the Sacramento and Placer County areas, we are happy to travel for select projects. Additional travel arrangements and fees will apply depending on distance and location.

We film in our private studio located in Rocklin, CA, designed to feel warm, comfortable, and unhurried. When you arrive, our team will already have the lighting, sound, and seating thoughtfully prepared so you can settle in easily, get mic’d up, and begin your session without any stress or setup.

For those who prefer to be filmed in their home, that option is available as well. In-home sessions require an additional fee due to the time and equipment involved in transporting and setting up a full professional filming environment on location.

Once you’re ready, we’ll schedule a filming date (a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date). Before your interview, we’ll send your questions in advance so you can reflect and choose what you’d like to share.

Each film is fully personalized, with pricing starting at $1,800 and varying depending on the package chosen - reflecting the complete experience from start to finish, not just the final minutes on screen.

This includes guided interviewing, filming, editing, refinement, and delivery, with each project thoughtfully crafted to preserve your story with care and intention.

When a couple’s story is shared, we can thoughtfully adjust questions to reflect both individual journeys as well as your life together.

For films centered on a single individual, we recommend the Legacy Film experience. For couples or families who want to ensure each person is fully represented, the Family Heirloom experience is often the best fit, as it is designed to include multiple voices and perspectives in a more expansive format.

We’ll always tailor the experience during your consultation to ensure it reflects your story in the most meaningful way.

From interview to delivery, your finished video is typically ready within 4–6 weeks, depending on editing complexity. We’ll keep you informed throughout the process so you always know what to expect.

We accept cash and all major credit & debit cards, secure ACH bank payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, and Afterpay for eligible clients through our secure payment system.

To reserve your filming date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is due prior to the delivery of your completed film.

For clients who prefer additional flexibility, eligible purchases may be paid over time using Afterpay.
