While we are local to Sacramento and Placer Counties, we’re happy to work with anyone within a reasonable travel distance, with additional costs calculated for travel time and mileage.

Travel fees are calculated based on the distance and time from the closest partner, so we can plan your experience comfortably and transparently. Wherever you are, we’ll make it possible to preserve your story.

We’ll begin with a brief phone call to walk you through the process and answer any questions. Once you’re ready, we’ll schedule a filming date at your home (a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book). Before your interview, we’ll email your questions so you can prepare - or choose which ones you’d prefer to skip.

We totally understand if you’re not comfortable filming in your home - and that’s absolutely okay!
We work with our partners at Front Sight Creative in Rocklin, CA, where they have a cozy, fully equipped studio with lighting already set up for us. We will discuss incorporating their studio fee based on the length of the package you choose, so everything is clear and planned in advance. This gives you a comfortable, private space to share your stories while we handle all the filming.

From interview to delivery, your finished video is typically ready within 4–6 weeks, depending on editing complexity. We’ll keep you informed throughout the process so you always know what to expect.
